The Largest Robotics Companies by Robot Revenue in 2026: Intuitive, KUKA, FANUC, ABB, Symbotic and More, Ranked in US Dollars

By the robot revenue each company reports, the largest robotics company is Intuitive Surgical, maker of the da Vinci surgical robot, with $10.06 billion in 2025. Next come KUKA (about $4.4 billion, including its logistics business), the robot-vacuum makers Ecovacs and Roborock (about $2.6 billion each), FANUC‘s robot division (about $2.5 billion), ABB Robotics ($2.33 billion) and Symbotic ($2.25 billion). We built this ranking from each company’s latest full-year report and converted to dollars at the US Federal Reserve’s 2025 average exchange rates.

Exchange rates: ¥149.5686, €1 = $1.1306 and RMB 7.1875 per dollar, the 2025 annual averages in the Federal Reserve’s G.5A release. FANUC, Yaskawa and Kawasaki use fiscal years ending in early 2026, so converting at the 2025 average is an approximation.

Sources for each figure

  • Intuitive Surgical: fourth-quarter 2025 results release; revenue up 21%, with about 18% more da Vinci procedures.
  • KUKA: 2025 annual report; no split between robots, systems and Swisslog is given.
  • Ecovacs and Roborock: 2025 annual results as reported by 36Kr; both figures include non-robot floor cleaners.
  • FANUC: results reference for the year ended March 31, 2026; robots were 44.1% of ¥857.8bn group sales.
  • ABB Robotics: ABB’s Q4 2025 financial information, where Robotics is reported as a discontinued operation pending its sale.
  • Symbotic: fiscal 2025 results release.
  • Yaskawa: reported by Dempa Shimbun, because Yaskawa’s own investor site has been offline since October 21, 2026; we’ll replace this with Yaskawa’s filing when it’s back.
  • Estun: 2025 results reported by China Securities Journal.
  • Kawasaki: results presentation for the year ended March 2026.
  • Teradyne Robotics: the segment table in Teradyne’s 2025 annual report; revenue fell about 15.5% from $364.8m in 2024.

How to read this list

“Robot revenue” means different things. Intuitive’s revenue is mostly instruments and service on its installed robots, not robot sales. KUKA’s includes automation systems and logistics. FANUC, Yaskawa and Kawasaki report a robot business inside a bigger company. That’s why we show the basis for every row.

Big companies with unreported robot sales are missing. Stryker (Mako) and Medtronic (Hugo) don’t break out robot revenue, and private companies such as DJI, Unitree or Boston Dynamics don’t publish full accounts. Amazon builds robots only for itself. iRobot hasn’t published a full-year 2025 figure after its December 2025 restructuring.

Unit counts tell a different story. By industrial robots shipped, Chinese makers now supply 55% of China’s market, the world’s largest; our industrial robot manufacturers list covers that view, and our big four comparison covers FANUC, ABB, KUKA and Yaskawa side by side.

What this means if you’re buying robots

Revenue size says a company will likely be around to support you, but it doesn’t say which robot fits your job. Start from the task with our arm selection guide and compare bids with the quote checklist. Note that ABB Robotics is being sold to SoftBank, with closing expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
