The 2050 concept and the later program describe different stages
In its April 2025 Expo announcement, Kawasaki called CORLEO a 2050 concept model. The display communicated an idea: combine four-legged off-road movement, a motorcycle-derived swingarm and rider body movement in a new personal-mobility experience.

Four legs and hydrogen imagery are not final specifications
Kawasaki says the idea combines off-road capability from four-legged robotics with maneuverability and stability drawn from motorcycle engineering. It also describes independently moving rear legs using a swingarm mechanism, but it gives no production speed, range, payload or grade limit.
The hydrogen-engine concept shown in early material should likewise not be treated as a contracted production powertrain. A serious comparison needs a named hardware revision, measured results and test conditions rather than a render or an unqualified demonstration clip.
