Humanoids Summit Silicon Valley 2026 takes place December 1–2, 2026 at the San Mateo Event Center, 1346 Saratoga Dr, San Mateo, California, according to the official Humanoids Summit site. General admission costs $1,250 and VIP admission $1,650 on the official registration page (checked October 19, 2026). Individual ticket sales end November 28, 2026 at 4:59 PM.
Two conditions matter before you pay. Tickets bought now can’t be refunded, because the event is less than 60 days away. And every registration is subject to the organizers’ review and approval.
What the Summit is
Humanoids Summit is an industry conference about humanoid robots and physical AI: company keynotes, investor talks, panels and live robot demos, plus an exhibit hall. It’s run by Humanoids Summit, Inc. and founded and chaired by Modar Alaoui, general partner at the venture firm ALM Ventures. The December event is the sixth edition overall and the third in Silicon Valley, after editions in London, Tokyo and Seoul. The organizers say the Tokyo edition in May 2026 drew more than 2,000 attendees from over 30 countries.
It’s a business event, not a research conference. If you want peer-reviewed papers, look at IROS 2027 or ICRA 2027 instead.
Ticket options and prices
These are the ticket types on the Whova registration page, in US dollars with no added booking fee shown.
- General Admission, $1,250: both days, keynotes, workshops, live demonstrations and the exhibit hall.
- VIP Admission, $1,650: general admission plus the VIP reception on the evening of December 1.
- VIP Reception Only, $500: the evening reception without conference access.
- Group and corporate packages: group general admission and a corporate VIP package each require an order of at least five, and their sales run until December 3. The page lists them at $1,300 and $1,700; ask the organizers whether that’s per ticket before ordering.
There’s a discount code field, but no public discounts for students or startups are listed. For pricing questions, the registration page tells you to contact the organizers; the Summit’s general inquiry address is info@humanoidssummit.com.
Refunds, approval and transfers
The Humanoids Summit terms of service set a fixed refund schedule for tickets, exhibitor packages and sponsorships:
- 90 days or more before the event: full refund, minus processing fees.
- 60 to 90 days before: 50% refund, minus processing fees.
- 60 days or fewer before: no refund.
With the event on December 1, the no-refund window began in early October. Badges are personal and can’t be transferred or resold without written approval. The organizers can decline or cancel a registration, with a refund “where appropriate,” and can refuse entry at the door.
To register:
- Open the registration page and choose a ticket type and quantity.
- Enter a discount code if you have one, accept the email consent and go to step two to enter attendee details and pay.
- Watch for the confirmation email; your registration may still be reviewed after payment.
Who’s speaking
The Silicon Valley 2026 agenda is partly published. Day 1 talks include:
- Jeff Cardenas, co-founder and CEO of Apptronik (opening keynote)
- Abhinav Gupta, co-founder of Skild AI
- Nic Radford, co-founder and CEO of Persona AI
- Ali Agha, founder and CEO of FieldAI
- Patrick Gao, vice president of AGIBOT Americas (see our AgiBot lineup and pricing guide)
- Shaun Azimi, robotics lead at NASA Johnson Space Center, on humanoids in space
- Speakers from Cambridge Consultants, Niantic Spatial, Proception, Walden Robotics and the Bay Area Robotics Association
Some panels are still marked TBA, and the agenda can change before December.
Speaking or exhibiting
Speaker applications for the December event were still open on October 19. You apply on the Apply to Speak page for a keynote, startup pitch, fireside chat or panel. Approval isn’t automatic, even when a speaking slot comes with a sponsor package.
Exhibitor and sponsor applications are reviewed too. The exhibit page says priority goes to companies with active humanoid programs, credible roadmaps or a track record in the field, and a booth can only show the contracting company’s branding. Booth prices aren’t published; you request them.
Getting there
The San Mateo Event Center is on the Peninsula between San Francisco and San Jose. San Francisco International (SFO) and San Jose (SJC) are the closest major airports, and Caltrain runs along the Peninsula. Check the venue’s parking and transit directions closer to the date, since the organizers haven’t posted travel details yet.
